Beta Program & Discovery
- Lyrinda has connected us with ~10 beta testers across a mix of user types — introductory email drafted and ready to send
- Reaching out to beta testers individually this week to begin discovery
- Exploring web crawlers to find and index applicable ranges, and eventually surrounding churches, to build out a target customer pipeline
- NDA/confidentiality expectations still need to be decided before first beta release
Last Week
- Finalized architecture and decision documentation — tech stack, data model, sync model, auth, billing, deployment, and cross-platform strategy all documented
- Set up accounts and tooling for development
- Visited the office and Centerville Wed–Fri, met with the team
This Week
- Continue converting existing notes and decisions into the docs repo
- Begin scaffolding the monorepo structure (libs/core, apps/server, apps/dashboard, etc.)
- Analyze the existing FlutterFlow app — extract and document current feature set to inform migration planning
- Stand up app shells and connect to CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions
- Deploy the Obsidian docs vault as a published wiki (Quartz)
