Summary
First weekly RDP sync. Discussed weekly update format, design direction, project management, and roadmap structure. Isaac taking on instructor discovery and exploring a separate enrollment app with Kareem Shaya.
Key Decisions
- Weekly updates will include a single summary paragraph at the top for quick sharing
- Weekly updates will include links to staging and production environments
- Dark mode is the default; light mode will be added later
- Use distinct colors for color-coding contexts (drills, dry fire vs live fire, etc.)
- Project management stays in Obsidian docs — no ClickUp or external tools
- Roadmap will be split into two tracks: MVP Current App (replacing existing Flutter app) and MVP Pro (new features)
